CaseEasy 360 is Canadian case management for immigration consultants and lawyers. Their site says one click autofills the supported IRCC forms in under five seconds, and that your data is hosted on infrastructure located in Canada. They say more than five hundred Canadian immigration firms use it.
Pricing is public: Starter from $99 a month CAD and Advanced from $199 a month CAD, each including one user, with additional users at $69 a month, and a custom Enterprise tier. They offer a fourteen day free trial with no credit card and a thirty day money back guarantee.

CaseEasy publishes its prices, hosts in Canada and offers a real trial with a money back guarantee. That is three things many vendors in this category will not do, and it deserves credit.
They are also shipping today and have a base of firms using the product, which matters if you need to move this month.
Their autofill speed claim is specific and testable, which is the sort of claim we like. Time it on your own file.
Nothing in Meridian sits behind a tier. Signing, the AI assistant, automation and the whole platform come with every plan, so the only reason to move up is volume.
Seats are priced for a small practice. Three staff on our Professional plan at $249 works out lower than one user plus two extra seats on a comparable tier elsewhere. Do the arithmetic for your own headcount before you decide.
We fill the IRCC portals as well as the PDFs, through the AutoFile extension, because the portals are where the second half of the typing lives.
There is a mobile app, and policy intelligence watching IRCC for changes that touch your live files.
We could not verify from the public pages exactly which forms are in their supported list, or which of the per day limits apply to autofill rather than to assessments. Ask them for the current list and the exact caps for the plan you are considering.

It depends entirely on headcount. Their entry plan and ours both start at $99 a month CAD. Theirs includes one user with extra users at $69 a month, ours includes one seat with extra seats at $25 a month, and our $249 plan includes three. Price the plan against the number of people who will actually log in.
Yes, both say so publicly. Ask either of us to put it in writing in the agreement, along with where the backups sit and where any AI processing happens.
