Visto is strong on portal autofill and an IRCC trained assistant. The thing to read carefully is how it is metered.

Visto is Canadian software for immigration professionals. Their site describes one click IRCC web form autofill through a Chrome extension for the PR Portal and Express Entry, automatic generation of IRCC PDFs for temporary applications, document merging and renaming, and an assistant called Visto Copilot which they describe as trained exclusively on IRCC information. They say the database is encrypted and inside Canada.
Pricing is public and structured around volume: Solo at $199 a month CAD for three users and ten applications a month, Growing at $449 for ten users and twenty five applications, and Established at $999 for twenty users and fifty five applications. Copilot messages and e-signatures are also capped per plan.

Portal autofill through a browser extension is the right idea, and they were doing it early. Their Copilot, scoped to IRCC material rather than the open internet, is a sensible way to build an assistant for this work.
They publish their prices and their caps clearly, which makes them easy to evaluate.
Document handling, merging, compressing and renaming in one action, is a small feature that saves real time in a busy week.
We do not cap applications. A practice that has a heavy month should not have to think about whether the software will let it finish the work, so our limits sit on seats, AI conversations, form fills and storage instead.
Signing is unmetered. There is no counter on how many documents you send for signature and no fee per signature.
We fill the PDF forms and the portals, including GCKey and the citizenship application, not the PR Portal and Express Entry alone.
There is a mobile app, and a policy watchtower that tells you when something changes on a file you already have open.
We could not confirm whether Visto offers a free trial, what counts as one application against the monthly cap, or what happens when a firm reaches the cap mid month. Those three answers should decide the comparison for a busy practice, so ask them directly.
Yes. Their site says the database is encrypted and inside Canada, and the product is sold to immigration professionals working on Canadian applications.
Their pricing page states the number of applications per month for each plan but we could not verify the definition from public pages. Ask them, because on a ten application plan the definition is the whole product.
Different shapes. Theirs is an assistant for drafting and research, metered per user per month. Ours is a per case chat plus a firm wide assistant plus a website assistant for your clients, metered in conversations. Ask each to answer a real question from a real file.
